Return and Exchange Policy

At Mylians Store, we take pride in delivering high-quality handmade jewelry and accessories. We understand that issues may arise during shipping, and we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under specific conditions. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges ONLY in the following cases:

  • The order wasย lost or damaged in transit by the courier.
  • You received a wrong item due to our mistake.

If your order falls under any of the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • If the wrong variant (size, color, design) was selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
  • If the customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
  • If the product shows signs of wear and tear after use.
  • For personalized or custom-made items, unless there is an error on our part.

3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at customersupport@gmail.com or contact us via chat boxย within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Approval & Instructions: If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return Shipping: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back to us within 7 days of approval. Customers may need to bear the return shipping cost unless the issue is due to our mistake.
  • Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process a replacement or refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

4. Important Notes

  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders. In such cases, store credit may be provided.
